A stylish two double bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Meads village, on the outskirts of Eastbourne and near the iconic Beachy Head lighthouse. 200 yards to the beach front, through the leafy All Saints gardens. Meads high street runs parallel, where you can enjoy marvellous coffee shops, restaurants, two local pubs with stunning gardens and a supermarket. There is ample free parking closeby, plus excellent bus and rail links to Eastbourne town centre, Brighton, Hastings and further.

The apartment is on the first floor of a victorian building with only three apartments in.

Located in a very safe, quiet road, just minutes from a lot of amenities and transport links.

Safe, residential area, close to local amenities and the seafront, Beachy Head, Birling Gap, East Dean and much much more.

The apartment is located close to bus stops (Bus number 3 for town centre and the number 12 for Brighton, which stops at the top of the South Downs too). It takes around 25 minutes to walk to Eastbourne station and to the infamous Beachy Head (uphill).

Parking is available for free in Darley Road on the left hand side. (Please do check the signs for any clarification), Milnthorpe Road and Chesterfield Road, all a very short walk away.

You can park in Derwent Road for up to two hours between 8am-6pm on Mon-Sat, so plenty of time to unload your belongings first.

The Apartment is loacted on the first floor accessed by stairs only.

Our property is 5 minutes walk from the South Downs National Park, specifically the end of the South Downs Way. This location is very popular as it is also where the Beachy Head Marathon starts and a lot of the year round triathlons that take place. Meads is also a great spot to plane watch during the world famous Airbourne, which takes place in August each year.

For our guests who stay in the winter months, we have a thermostat in the front room. It is easy to use and you only need to turn it up or down with the arrows to set the temperature you require. We do kindly ask that if you're out for the day and when you are checking out, could you leave it at 18 degrees please. Best Wishes Emma and Jeannet.
